Form widgets

You can use the Add Form / Work Flow widget to add a Form or Work Flow to your entities.
  1. Find the Add Form / Work Flow widget on your Dashboard.

  2. Select the Entity Type to add a form or work flow.

  3. Select the Name of the entity you want to add a form or work flow to.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • Click Add Form to add the form to the entity.

      The form is added to the entity.

    • Click Add Work Flow to add the work flow to the entity.

You can also use Entity widgets to add a Form or Work Flow to an entity without having to navigate to that entity.

Critical Issues

You can use the Critical Issues widget to view a list of entities which have a form with the Is Critical? flag. Forms with the Is Critical? check box have a flag next to their title on the Forms page.

To add the Is Critical? check box to your form:

  1. Click Admin in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

    The System Administrator Dashboard page opens.

  2. Click Manage Forms link in the Company Administration column.

    The Manage Forms page opens.

  3. Find the form to which you want to add the Is Critical? check box.

  4. Click A small, white, square button with a plus symbol in its center. next to the form.

  5. Click Build Layout link in the Actions column for the layout you want to edit.

    The Layout Builder opens in a window.

  6. Type Is Critical? in the Search field.

  7. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.

    The Is Critical? check box appears as a selectable option in the menu.

  8. Click and drag the field to the layout.

  9. Drop the field on a A small square gray button with a plus symbol in its center. icon in the layout.

    The field is added to the item.

  10. Once you are satisfied with your layout, click Save Layout.

    The window closes.Your changes are saved.

My Work Orders

The My Work Orders widget displays work order forms that are assigned to you. These conditions must be met for a work order form to appear in this widget:

  • Your system administrator must create a form with the Work Order field set type.

  • Your system administrator must create a work flow that includes the form in step 1 above.

  • The work flow must be applied to a facility.

  • The current work flow step must be the step that uses the form in step 1 above.

  • You must be the assignee or the approver of the form.
